"I have been a long-term State Farm customer, and it truly hurts and disappoints me to write this. I trusted Ryan Young’s office to handle my claim professionally and advocate for me, but that has not been my experience.

State Farm was charged for a Jeep hardtop part through Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marietta, yet I have never received the part. Throughout this process, I’ve been reassured multiple times that the part was “on the way,” but none of the dates or updates I have been given were accurate. It feels like no one is taking responsibility or genuinely working toward resolving this issue.

As a loyal customer who pays premiums every month, I expected support, accountability, and honest communication. Instead, I am still without the part, without a solution, and without the assistance that I thought my policy and long-standing relationship would provide. At this point, I should be receiving a refund or an alternative resolution, but nothing is being done.

It is extremely disappointing to feel overlooked after trusting State Farm and Ryan Young’s office for so long. I hope this review brings attention to the situation so that no other loyal customer is left feeling ignored and unsupported."
