"I recently noticed my home and car insurance with All State had continued to climb every 6 months. I started shopping around and my first call was to Ryan Young State Farm agency and talked to Sam Worthan. I did not need to go any further . He took care of everything and gave me a great rate . He was so friendly and helpful and I saved so much money . He helped me through the whole process and made it so easy . "Horrific , not only poor customer service, but horrible customer service. If they ate answering the phone at all the service is below substandard. I’m with Statefarm since 1998 and was rerouted to Ryan Young’s office after my agent in Cartersville retired. Unfortunately, they have only disappointed me . They attempt to sell insurance I do not need. Furthermore, insurance I would need they would not even mention to me. I spoke with their office after they said I need to review if my homeowners insurance is sufficient. As already stated I am with them for 27 years, but was never told that I do not have insurance if something should happen to my septic tank or sewer lines!!!!! And not only that they said I was fully insured if anything should ever happen to my house. I have not filed any claim with this insurance so I definitely was shocked that I don’t even insured for a simple thing like this, but on the other hand they was trying to sell me insurance for furs ( which I don’t have and jewelry which all I ever wear or have is a wedding band and a necklace) In other words they want me to insure something I don’t have no need , but something I would need and have they won’t. Furthermore, my husband has long term care insurance with them as well which we paying premiums . When I tried to pay the premium this time I was redirected by the for 1 hour and then when I finally was able to talk to a life person She took my payment and applied it to my disability insurance which is paid automatically. I kept telling this person that something was wrong and she insisted on no it is correct.Fortunately, I checked my e-mail and to where it was applied this is when I learned they are not trust worthy. Subsequently I called again and finally after 32 min reached a life agent who confirmed yes you are right it was applied to the wrong account and she was well it is coming out of your account in 2 days so my questions was why in the first place would you not see that one thing is paid automatically especially when your customer makes clear what she wants to pay for? To me it looks like deny delay and divert since this way the customer thinks the premium is paid when it is not and they can cancel the insurance since people get older and they took for 20+ years premiums in the hope that they never have to pay a claim. It has getting progressively worse with insurances as they just care about profit and do not care about their long term loyal customers who work hard for their money. I know that I have heard from numerous people who worked for insurances as adjusters that they are told if they cannot be mean and care about people they cannot be adjusters and that they no matter what have to find ways to Dey claims no matter what, but they make big bucks doing this in other words if you have conciseness don’t even think about working for the insurance . Sad to have to say this, but I switched everything to a different office and I will be very careful that they treat me better or find different insurance for my house, auto and disability all together"

I did confirm today the details of your claim and that situation would not be covered by any home insurance policy and would be considered general home maintenance. My office does answer the phones and we return all voicemails within one hour, maximum. As we discussed, I believe there was a technical issue at the time that you called in. Our goal is to always provide exemplary customer service. I have relayed the details of your policy payments in regards to yours and your husband’s accounts to your new Agent. "
